THE ROCKIN’ JP RANCH, INC. --- AVAILABLE SERVICES --- ARENA RENTAL The arena is available for rent based on a 10-hour day. The cost is $250 and includes watering and tractoring before, and during the event as needed. Additional hours are $15 each, and lights are $10 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. The arena size is 150’ x 250’ and the footing is maintained at approximately 4” with a TR 3 Arena Groomer. For special events the depth can be adjusted as needed. Extra panels are available to reduce the size of the arena if needed. There are 5 stock pens adjacent to the arena with an alleyway that leads into and out of the arena, squeeze chute, and roping chute. Each pen has automatic watering troughs and will comfortably hold 30+ 450lb calves. The Announcers stand sits midway and is elevated with windows on 3 sides. A 250-watt PA system powers 6 Power Horn speakers that carry voice and music sounds quite adequately. A cordless microphone system is also available for use. There are 29 overnight horse stalls and plenty of room for camping w/o hookups. CAMPFIRES are not allowed. A separate warm-up area sits adjacent to the arena and is also watered and groomed. A Snack Stand is also available for service by our staff. No other food/drink items may be brought onto the premises to be sold. Special arrangements must be made for Roping Events, as the fee schedule will be different. Contact us for details. It is a good idea to reserve early due to the demand. Reservations are made on a first come basis. |
